Positions we staff:

Registered Nurse

Our RNs administer skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in the home, hospital, nursing home or other settings. They independently asses plans and deliver this care in accordance with the physician’s orders. RNs complete an initial assessment of patients that require non-skilled or companion services and will continuously supervise other nursing to staff to insure patients’ needs are being met.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Our LPNs work in a variety of health care settings. Compassionate Health Care LPNs normally work under the supervision of physicians in clinics, hospitals, or in private home health care. Our LPNs will sometime supervise Home Health Aides.

Certified Nursing Assistant/ Geriatric Nursing Assistant

Our CNAs/ GNAs work under the supervision of a nurse to provide assistance to patients with daily living tasks such as formulating care plans, nursing assessments, administering medication, and assisting in surgery room preparation.

Home Health Aide

Our HHA staff provides daily non-skilled or companion care in your home. They are specialized in helping you on all activities of daily living after your initial visit with a case manager. A home care aide will be selected to best meet your particular needs. Under supervision and collaboration with registered nurse, in accordance with plan of care, performs therapeutic services: personal care, light housekeeping, range of motion exercises, and assistance with patient transfer / ambulation.

Behavior Consultant

Our Behavior Consultants are responsible for managing clinical staff that provides direct services to patients who are receiving behavioral health treatment. The behavioral health manager will consistently monitor and track subordinates' performance, as well as conduct performance evaluations.
